THE ASK:

To create a prototype design for a new restaurant concept that would appeal to savvy college students in Oxford, Ohio.

CHALLENGES:

To turn a current sandwich shop into a new sandwich shop by creating a completely new design identity. 

 

THE ANSWER:

The restaurant layout provides different seating zones to match the customer’s pace. Long, high-top community tables, mobile carts and divided booths offer the customer a choice of interaction with the space. Large custom graphics define the circulation path between the make-line counter and customer dining.

The eclectic combination of reclaimed rustic timber, concrete floors with painted colorful stripes and ownable custom graphics create a memorable brand experience.
